What We Believe

• We believe that the scriptures teach that salvation is found in Christ alone


• We believe that the Bible is supernaturally inspired by God


• We believe in only one God, eternally, consisting of three distinct persons: The Father, The Son, & The Holy Spirit


• We believe God is omnitemporal, omnipotent, omnipresent, and omnibenevolent


• We believe in one Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Though only one Being, He is truly God and truly man, possessing, since his birth from the virgin Mary, both a divine nature and a human one as the eternal Son of God


• We believe Jesus created all things by His sovereign power as incarnate Son of man

• We believe Jesus redeemed mankind by His humble sacrifice on the cross by baring the wrath of God and rose victoriously from the grave three days later


• We believe God created man in his image. God made Adam and Eve to rule over creation as his representatives and there was no sin or death in the world until Adam and Eve, as the heads of the human race, freely disobeyed Gods command


• We believe salvation from eternal punishment in hell is a free gift available to all individuals


• We believe salvation is offered by grace through faith in Christ alone, and apart from any works. Christ paid for it all


• We affirm the apostle’s creed and the Chalcedonian definition
