Meet The Pastor
Pastor Matthew Bearden
Our service is being led by Matthew Bearden, an associate here at Appalachian Gun Range & Training. Matthew is a licensed Christian minister and has been in ministry for 5 years. He has had experience as a youth minister, as well as preaching at several different churches and events.
He and his wife Jill Bearden have been very involved in multiple different ministries and youth services, as well as being very active in their community. The two of them are and have been residents of Pickens County for most of their lives, and plan to stay in Pickens and raise their family. One of Matthews biggest hopes is to help everyone he can find Jesus and teach them His word along the way. He believes you don’t need four walls and a cross to praise the lord and serve him.
He wants to create a place with no judgement, and welcoming heart for anyone who may want to enter.
